Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

RISK-FREE FIRST BOX GUARANTEE

We are that confident you will love our coffee that if for any reason youโ€™re not happy we will give you a full refund on your first box.

If you purchase one of our packs, please just try one box before opening the remaining boxes. The first box guarantee only applies to the first opened box, the remaining unopened boxes will need to be returned. A full refund for all boxes will be issued including return shipping.

Simply email hello@podlife.com.au with your order details and any feedback, we will provide you the address to send the unopened boxes (if any).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@podlife.com.au.

EXCHANGES

We happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@podlife.com.au
